A Little About Us.
I am Melissa and I am the designer behind Bella Expressions.
Bella Expressions is a small business that started out in my little apartment in Italy (where I was living at the time.)
I was a stay at home mommy to my first daughter and had a love of design and scrapbooking. I got hooked onto digital designing when I found it difficult to find archival scrapbook supplies where we were living in Italy. I began doing birth announcements and party invites for friends as simple gifts. My photographer friend suggested I start doing it as a business and it quickly launched when we moved back to Canada. I had several locals knocking on my door as they heard I designed Christmas cards through my friend Dana who had taken their family portraits in the fall. Thus, Bella Expressions was off and running.
